ARISFIRE-SAF

ARISFIRE-SAF is a special four wheel drive vehicle with module for fire-fighting brigades specialized in cave-dwelling, mountain and river rescue operations.
The module is secured to the chassis with elastic fasteners.
The chassis is equipped with a front plate, installed upon the winch, used for the suction mast, four hydraulic stabilizers and anchorage points for hook fastening.
The module has four side compartments for specific tools and equipment and one rear compartment provided with slides for stretchers.
An extensible ladder and equipment compartments are on the roof, accessible with a ladder.
The fitting-out is also fitted with a 6 kW generator with control panel for various uses.
The electrical system provides inside and outside lighting for the compartments, rotating blue stroboscopic headlights, front and rear led headlights, two-tone siren. An additional battery for auxiliary services is also installed.
The vehicle is equipped with a 6 m pneumatic light column with two 1000 W halogen lamps.

ARISFIRE-BPRP

ARISFIRE-BPRP: cabin for unloading / loading and treatment of fire powders used on airport vehicles supplied to the Fire Brigades.
The ARISFIRE-BPRP, Powder Regeneration Test Bench, consists of an ISO 20” container with corner fittings and is made of:

  • powder receiving device, which allows the removal of the powder to be treated from the tanks of the vehicle with an extensible “trunk”, equipped with replaceable quick couplings to meet the technical features of the vehicle monitor
  • containment and treatment cab, consisting of a 1C 20” container equipped with four feet stabilizers for height adjustment where the following activities are performed:
    • connection to the receiving devices of the shot powders
    • first crushing of the shot powders
    • containment of shot powders (minimum quantity 600 kg)
    • treatment and regeneration of the powder (crushing-screening-drying and weighing)
  • powder charging device on board the vehicle allowing the removal of the treated powder inside the cabin and the transfer of the same inside the vehicle tanks
  • instrument panel and controls allowing the operations of ARISFIRE-BPRP devices and the control of system operating parameters. A LCD touchscreen computer manages and monitors the operating cycles.

BPRP can be easily moved inside the airport area with the special CR-ISO 20 trailer.

ARISFIRE-APS1500

ARISFIRE-APS1500 is a tank pumper vehicle for fire fighting operations fitted out on a two axles chassis.
The cab offers 5 + 1 seats with related equipment (firefighting radio systems, rechargeable torches, portable radios, explosimeter and explosion-proof torch).
The fitting out is secured to the base vehicle chassis through a frame with elastic fasteners and is equipped with acoustic and visual devices (two-tone siren, rotating stroboscopic headlights).
The compact bearing structure (“reticular loading structure” ®) without parts projecting out of the vehicle clearance gauge, is provided with six side loading compartments, three on each side plus one rear compartment. Its peculiar structure allows quick maintenance operations (replacements and repairs) and flexibility in loading activities. Side and rear compartments are locked with light alloy rolling gates fitted with opening microswitch with warning light and buzzer in squad cab. Access footboards make the equipment collection easier.
Compartment interior features brackets and supports, extractable slide guides, or fixings suitable to optimize available spaces in order to guarantee handy use of loading equipment. Shelves are bolted onto guides and are adjustable in height. Compartment interior, loading equipment arrangement as well as positioning of the different equipment can be implemented in cooperation with the final Customer. Each compartment is lighted with external neon lamps (24V) placed on the perimeter.
The superstructure roof is fitted with tread floor, side foot-protection and equipment holding bars. The roof also houses accessories and fittings: light alloy boxes for miscellaneous materials, ladder with device extractable from ground, hooks, etc. The superstructure roof is fitted with one working light set rear the cab.
The fire extinguishing hydraulic system is made of:

  • stainless steel rectangular section tank, 1500 l
  • stainless steel tank-pump connecting pipe
  • two-stage centrifugal pump for combined use, water/foam, at mean and high pressure (mean
  • pressure delivery: 2000 l/1′ , at 10 bar total delivery head, high pressure delivery: 350 l/1′, at 40 bar total delivery head)
  • fire hoses, with electric/hydraulic or manual rewinding.

ARISFIRE-MAB3300

ARISFIRE-MAB3300 is a fire fighting module designed and manufactured to be easily installed inside the body of truks for fire fighting applications.
Main features:

  • stainless steel, AISI 304, chassis
  • stainless steel, AISI 304, 3300 liters, tank equipped with breakwater bulkhead
  • hydraulic pump impeller
  • 2 fire hoses with manual rewinding and with about 60 m of 1 hose
  • suction kit for tank filling either from motor pump or hydrant
  • 2 High Pressure nozzles with pistol grip like machine gun for full or atomized jet
  • 4 adjustable headlights
  • 2 ea compartments (with rolling shutters) to store various equipment.

Fire fighting modules

ARISFIRE MAB fire fighting modules. Made of a stainless steel structure, with water tanks in stainless steel or aluminum from 400 to 3300 l, piston or impeller motor pumps, hydraulic pumps easy to be installed on pick up vehicles or trucks. The MAB400 module, particularly compact, can be loaded or easily downloaded using the ARISMOV trailer.

ARISFIRE-AIB400 is a vehicle for fire fighting and Civil Protection needs with innovative features such as:

  • patented movable or fixed fifire fighting module, with stainless steel structure and installed inside the pick up body
  • motor pump, self-priming, 70 l/min @ 40/50 bar (adjustable) with electric starting, movable from the tank
  • 400 l stainless steel water tank equipped with breakwater bulkheads and adjustable vent
  • one or two fire hose (40 m, 3/8″) with associated nozzle for full or atomized jet (18 m range)
  • one connection for UNI 25 fire hose.

ARISFIRE-AIB1500

ARISFIRE-AIB1500 is a special fire fighting four wheel drive vehicle supplied either to Public Bodies and International Industries.

It is designed for the most impervious off-road conditions; equipped with permanent full wheel drive to assure high working standard and quality, better than any other solution. The cabin can carry 2 passengers + 1 driver.

The fitting-out includes an independent hydraulic system that can work either when stationary or in motion. The stainless steel water tank, with a capacity of 1400-1500 l, is secured with elastic fastening devices. I is designed with a special geometry that, with full load, provides a very low center of gravity to further improve the vehicle stability.download5
