UOC container unit

The modular construction containers named UOC, for use as living quarters are designed according to ISO standards, patented, suitable for road, train, ship and air transportation. Their high handling flexibility and reliability are the features appreciated during emergency operations. The lifting jacks are integrated in the structural frame of the containers in order to give selflifting capabilities (loading and unloading on trucks).
Different outfits for general and special applications, for military and civil purposes, for tropical, continental and artic environments are supplied. Various applications are:

ARIS has designed and produced SHELTERS according to international standards such as UEO, NATO, ISO. The construction system for the UEO NATO shelters consists basically of light alloy sandwich panels, ISO-type corner structures and skids.
ARIS can provide any kind of internal accomodation and accessories according to the customer needs. Shelters produced by ARIS can be built in accordance with the following protection requirements: EMI/RFI, EMP, TEMPEST and ballistic.download100

SHELTER-LAB NBC

ARIS fits out shelters for special purposes.
The SHELTER-LAB NBC shelters are built to the ISO 20 ft and 668 1C standard and are prepared by ARIS as field laboratories for highly specialized NBC analysis, suited to be easily deployed and used in the field independently.
The module is divided into 4 different rooms:

  • technical room (accessible from the outside) with the equipment for the proper functioning of the
  • module and the subsistence of personnel operating inside.
  • dressing / undressing room complete with cabinets and chemical toilets
  • decontamination room with shower.

Laboratory room with analytical instrumentation and equipment needed to conduct the processes of contaminants identification.
The premises are properly pressurized through a system with differential pressure, where the laboratory has always a higher pressure (or less depending on the absolute value) compared to the other rooms and the external environment.
The SHELTER-LAB NBC are designed, manufactured and fitted out to safely operate in NBC contaminated areas, in compliance with international military standards and customer specifications.

ASTM Ammunition Storage Module

The ASTM container (Ammunition STorage Module) complies with ISO 668 Standard 1C dimensions and with international standards for explosive transport and storage.
It has been designed and developed to meet the following requirements:
to safely preserve the explosive devices stored below critical temperatures, by exploiting passive conditioning (no need to use power generator and air conditioning systems) to withstand deflagration of the material stored through safeguarding people and goods outside; it can be placed in equipped compound with reduced minimum safety distances to comply with armouring protection rules – STANAG 4569 required level (standard version is Level 1 compliant)
Conditions of use: external temperature from -32°C to +49°C.
Technical characteristics:

  • loading capacity 11100 kg (depending on armouring protection level)
  • volume 18,5 m3
  • floor surface 8,8 m².
